I write to you to inquire how you obtain information on the technology you wish to research. I do so because the Djana Military Research Centre has been working on the preliminary development in confidentiality for about three years. The original source of data on these possibilities was secured during the Mandalorian war, and the technology you refer to is not supposed to be public knowledge, as it pertains to highly sensitive military technology.

I am currently working under the assumption that the Sundarian Federation aquired the specs for this technology from a third party, and wish to indentify said party to be able to take action to prevent further leaks of confidential information.

I ask you to forward any and all information on how the Sundarian Federation obtained knowledge of this technology, and in the eventuality of foul play I ask for your cooperation in identifying and apprehending those responsible for this level of corporate espionage.

The Veolian Commonwealth is interested in joining in this research.

From a military point of view it might be best if this technology is research in a Union level as the benefits are greatly amplified of each Union member is capable of supporting other members through this technology. Furthermore, it is clear from the benefits of this technology that steps should be taken to prevent it from becoming known to other superpowers; this to is easier if the technology is research at the Union level.
