Looking for: Supreme Judge PCs

Hi everyone,
As part of the IC reform of the Ministry of Justice, there will be 7 Supreme Judge appointment votes. Each of these 7 votes is preceded by a nomination cycle from the ministries.
7 votes means 7 characters to be appointed.
In real life, this would not be an issue, since all ministers will get hints, tips, and water-cooler rumours about possible nominees. But since we do not roleplay all the IC gossip channels, we need some OOC way to quickly distribute knowledge of possible nominees to the minister. This thread is that way.
There is no problem having PCs on the Supreme Court, so if you OOCly want to propose one of your -- current or new -- characters to be nominated, go ahead an mention them here. If it is a new character, make sure to post some background information so that the minister players have some information to base their nomination on! (If one of your PC's is a minister, listing your suggestions here still helps other ministers.)
(Note that mentioning a character here is no guarantee that they will be nominated. But given the current level of nomination activity, I think that any assistance will be welcomed by the minister players.)

To get the ball rolling, here are my suggestions:
- Khaw Rohana, (PC), of the Veolian Commonwealth
- Assistant Bureaucrat Omrim (NPC), of the Socialist Republic of Niom. the ithorian Omrim is a senior bureaucrat supporting the senator of Niom. Contrary to the expectations set by the senator of niom, he is well-spoken and during negotiations has shown the capacity to place himself in the position of his negotiation partner with a certain detachment. Unfortunately, he can be a stickler for laws and rules, and has once reported himself at the Union City Police headquarters for parking his hovercar outside of the indicated parking spots in front of the embassy of Niom.
- Lady Peinaili de Montrève, my current senator
- Marquis Leandres Lafrioye è Koniova
Along with several npc's from both the Kingdom of Komès and Meritonia

Lord-Judge Hakuto Mashikoto, (PC), New character. A high profile judge that has a high sense of moral justice, judges more in spirit of law then word of law. He is not easily intimidated. Not ambitious, has expressed disagreement with certain ACA policies. Has loose ties to the Astrian Travellers. (I haven't created his character yet, it's a bit unclear to me when I'm supposed to make the character. Should I just create him, or wait and see if he is nominated or even wait if he gets chosen?)
Judge Grozaw (Suman, NPC, new, made when necessary) - Has been a judge of the intergalactic court on Sumai for already two centuries. A good friend of Senator Arzag. Has excellent knowledge of various laws and the interpretation of them. Is quite harsh when rules are knowingly misused or violated. He is quite ambitious and is looking for a new opportunity.
More suggestions:
- Iaat Tijārata (PC), of the Veolian Commonwealth. Aimed at the anti-slavery block,
- Salaha Mahatvapūr (PC), of Unity City's own Baltimorus & Salaha Management Consulting, well-acquinted with Ranatori Baltimorus
- Rrohnchirchak (NPC), of Unity city, this Wookie attorney-at-law has shown a keen mind for galactic law and the interplays of different systems of law from different worlds. He prefers to mediate between parties, instead of fighting it out in court.
