I would like a seccond validation on Nathan Miodrass Asillion now that I have entered his background story.
there's a bump in his road and I'm not sure if that would disqualify him for jedi candidacy if it does I'll need to change it.

Nice, a seccond cyborg, now is Fecta Trigiel not so alone anymore :)
It looks good to me, but maybe a storyteller must do the real validation.

His past as a convict is no problem in my opinion, as he has shown regret, and the jedi order is a great way to regain peace with himself ;)

but to awnser your question no he has no recolection of that night or of comiting the crime.
note that I did not specify if he actually comited the crime
