The use of , and is correct.
The new specials should be fine this way.

Next step:
Put your system on the wiki. This means you will have to create the wiki pages for your system, stars, planets and moons. The system builder is far from finished on this part and will not be able to do this automatically yet for a while.
I suggest copy pasting the template from another system and filling in your own names.

After the system is on the wiki you can add your starting resources (zones, population, tradefleet etc.).

When this is all done we can go through a final round of validation.

Sector 7 -4 is certainly available. I will update the map.

Note that things like trade fleets, hyperspace lanes and such go on your faction bookkeeping page, and not on the system pages. (Check some of the other factions for an example of this)

We still need an entry on the map. Also, the system appears to have been finished on the wiki - it just needs zones and such assigned. If someone could check if everything else is good, I'd be most grateful :)

I'd rather check the system with all zones and bookkeeping stuff around, that saves me from having to go through it again when those are deployed...

I have checked the whole system including zones and bookkeeping and everything looks good. You should be ready to become Inner world now. You can now officially ask the chancellor to change the status of your world to Inner world in the politics forum.

Starting from 60 you can post your turn report in the Administrative Actions forum.
