During the writ-a-thon we have come up with some additional force powers which are listed here:

Force Sense : rank 1 " alterness like power " , rank 2 " Detect life " , rank 3 " Force Sense "
Force lightning: rank 1 " teaser like ", touch range , rank 2 " lightning ray " , range, single target , rank 3 " chain lighting " area, option to sustain.

Force Shield: provides a defensive boost, varies per rank
Force Boost: provides an offensive boost, varies per rank

We also determined that it might be better to let any X/(time unit) variable depend on the rank of the power.

For example, the Telepathy power's rank 1 is 'once per day'. This would be better as 'number of ranks per day'.
