[ Jedi Temple ] Walking in the Gardens
"Ooh, you grew up in a nomadic tribe aswell? Same here. We pretty much travwled everywhere, forests and mountains included, though that requires splitting up. Visited cities relatively often I suppose. We love to perform and trad-- Woah" Denari started to explain before some purple projectile demanded her attention.

Salia followed soon after the hover-ball, racing to meet the other two Jedi. The purple hover-ball was both very purple and very bouncy, but not nearly as bouncy as the girl who had brought it in.
"Do you wanna play hoverball, we can in the gardens because its the right place for it, though you have to be careful not to hit any of the Jedi Masters or they give you very long and boring talks and you also can't play in the library, but most gardens aren't a library, and who would even try to store data crystals in a garden anyway, that's just not very practical, so we should play, just be careful not to get it into a tree because then you have to climb the tree to get it back and we're not supposed to climb every single tree in the garden, even if its fun!"

"Hello again Salia" Denari greeted the Twilek girl. "I'd love to play hoverball here. Not all trees in here seem studry enough to climb in, so lets try to avoid having to do that indeed. If needed we could always ask Spades to get the ball out of the tree for us, nobody can disallow that." she said with a smile as stroked Spades over the chest.
"Do you want to play hoverball as well?" she asked Darones and Jaicen.
"Do you want to play hoverball as well?" she asked Darones and Jaicen.
"sure, why not. I have no idea actually how hoverball is played, could you tell me salia?"

"Oh that's really easy!" Salia explained "You see you have this ball" she motioned to the ball Denari had caught "which hovers." she clarified, as if that was a pertinent detail to the entire situation, checking for a moment to make sure everyone followed.
"And then you play with it." she explained "You can throw it to one another and then someone can try to catch it or you can try to keep it from hitting anything or you can try to hit someone else with it, but you shouldn't throw too hard if you do that, because otherwise it hurts and nobody wants that on their conscious" - that last part probably wasn't one of her own observations, but rather something she had heard someone say which she had now used here, somewhat out of context.
"So anyway, the ball hovers on its own and you're not supposed to hold on to it, but you can smack it towards somewhere and kicking is also allowed and you can bounce it on your head as well, anywhere really, but if you catch it you have to throw it again right away otherwise its not fair, and you can't sit on it because then it can't hover" she knew
"See, really easy!" she noted, seeming to believe she had satisfyingly explained all the rules not unlike lawyers explaining the interaction between intergalactic and local law.

After Salia's explanation, Denari slowly pulled her hands off the hoverball. Upon seeing that it does indeed hover by itself, she softly mumbles "Well, what do you know".
She then gives it a gentle tap to make the ball hover towards Salia.
As the ball slowly hovers towards Salia, she tries to explain the slight error Salia made: "'Consious', nice word you picked up there Salia. Though in your remark the proper form of the word is concience, 'Nobody wants that on their concience'. Notice the difference?"

Salia looked confused at Denari, but then nodded. "I guess that'd make more sense" she agreed
"Hey, you're pretty smart! Maybe one day you will be a Jedi Master, even!" she observed excitedly "Though you should be careful, because Jedi Masters have to meditate all the time and that is -way- less fun than hoverball."

Jaicen then used the force to manipulate the trajectory of the ball slightly so TG-100 could catch the ball. TG-100 then immediatly throws the ball to Salia in a single motion.
"I think I get it?"
"I think I get it?"
Denari was not entirely sure if Salia really understood right away, but, as learning a language at Salia's age is an ongoing process of development, that did not really matter.
Denari kindly thanked Salia for the compliment and said: "You are right, I will be very careful, since I don't think I'll ever want the responsibility a Jedi Master has." She ended the statement with a big wink towards Salia, to make it slightly vague how serious she really was about it.

Salia seemed pleased enough and smiled happily at Denari, though then getting distracted as TG-100 threw the ball at her, running and jumping to catch the Hoverball and batting it towards Denari "Catch!"
Despite the running, Salia seemed to have endless breath to talk
"I heard they are going to make an obstacle course, and maybe they will have a competition, which is neat because last time there was a competition in the Jedi Temple it was a lightsaber combat and it was pretty complicated and lots of people participated so there was a lot of fighting but nothing like the fighting on Remunzia now because they are fighting there too even though it doesn't make any sense for them to because it'd be much better not to fight and the Remunzians are usually nice and they don't even like slavery so its extra silly, even the Jedi Masters say so, but anyway that competition was really about testing your combat abilities but I reckon the obstacle course would be less about combat and more about other abilities there might even be obstacles that aren't really obstacles but really more sort of small problems, which is fun if you think about it though I don't know how you are going to have a really fair competition with people who are so different participating like with all the species and different levels of Jedi so I suppose they'll have to have some sort of handicap system to make it fair or maybe tiers or something but its gonna be fun one way or another I think, don't you?!"

Denari's eyes glinted when Salia mentioned the obstacle course.
"Yes I do! Obstacle courses are my favourite" Denari smiled. "It could also be fun if it'd be a team competition, then everyone can compete with a team with different species and levels, so you don't need handicaps or tiers and can have fun with everyone in the same competition and do the best you can. A random and secret scoring method could be epic as well though. Then everyone can just have fun, as no one knows if they are ahead of other teams or if something that did not go as intended will turn out to get you an advantage. That way the winners are lucky and no one needs to be mean, don't you think Salia?"
As she was talking, she batted the hoverball, via the stem of the tree Salia dropped out of earlier, towards Darones.

"Oh, that's a great idea! Things are always more fun if you do them together!" Salia agreed, then seeming to get a realization "Though they should make it so Jaicen can join as well, otherwise its not fair to him..." she noted

Darones Rei - PC
Darones happily participated in the game, as it helped to ease his mind a bit. The situation at the Moons troubles him, and they would soon leave to find out what was going on.
At this time he didn't contribute much to the conversation between Salia and Denari, but he made sure to pass the Hoverball back to Salia.

As they were passing the ball around Denari noticed Darones was rather quiet. As they just met, she could not make out whether that was because he was always like that or if something was bothering him.
Initially she decided to let it be but it kept nagging at her and eventually her curiosity triumphed over her patience.
"So Darones, you seem quite quiet. If you don't mind me asking, are you always like that or is there something on your mind?" She asked as she bounced the ball towards him.
