[ Jedi Temple ] Tour the gardens with Salia
TG-100 walked towards the base of the drilling platform and started climbing to see what Salia was talking about, with Jaicen hovering just a few meters behind him. "Did you find the crystal but the crystal is stuck?" TG-100 asks salia when he is within a more closer reach. Meanwhile TG-100 looks around for the crystal Salia is supposedly talking about.

Trigiel observed TG-100 climbing the drill. Then, if he determined the climbing goes well in terms of stability and TG-100 not falling down he started to climb as well to see what Salia was babbling about.

((OOC: With the recently enacted using a skill untrained means your Force Level is halved. This would mean that anyone that wants to climb something and lacks the Athletics skill, has to use half their Force Level. However, I think that climbing as a natural means of locomotion, so I am using my authority as ST to rule (for this case) that you can use your full Force Level when climbing, regardless of whether you have ranks of Athletics or not.
@Jaicen: Please put notes you have with your check inside the check tag: you'll find that there is a
@Trigiel: I do not think Force Vision applies to determining if something is safe to climb. However, you are a trained mechanic, so you still score a 17: approved.
Acrobatics is for trick-jumps, handstands, cartwheels and such. Climbing (and Jumping) falls squarely under Athletics. That said, the fact that you have Force Jump 2 makes the whole point moot: 14 is approved))
TG-100 ascends the platform easily. In contrast with Salia, he can simply put his foot on the drilling platform itself and grab hold of the drilling shaft at the top to pull himself up. At first, TG-100 does not spot a blue crystal up there. What he does spot is a translucent crystal taped between two blinking lights: one orange and one blue.
Trigiel spots TG-100's easy ascent, and determines that this is an industrial-strength laser drill which should be capable of carrying the combined weight of his cyborg frame, TG-100 frame, and Salia. With an elegant jump he lands softly on the free side of the drill, hanging on with one hand. He too spots the translucent crystal taped to the machine.
With the three of them up there, the orange and blue light keep on alternating every half second as if nothing was going on. Unfortunately, Jaicen still has no idea what is going on up there, since the can not see through the eyes of TG-100 yet.

Salia - PC
"See?" Salia pointed out the flashing crystal in the mining drill "Its like a bi-polar chameleon, except of course its not actually a chameleon, because those are made of flesh and not of crystal, though I suppose you could have a crystal chameleon, but it wouldn't be a real chameleon then and it certainly wouldn't be bi-polar, because who has ever heard of a crystal which has emotions, though I suppose they can be used to focus emotions and maybe that's why lightsabers are different colours for different groups of people though you should never judge a person by their colour, especially a chameleon." she explained
"TG-100 Inquiry on significant visual objects? Is there a crystal? "
While Jaicen moves somewhat closer to the Object.
If he gets an answer, he asks Trigiel, before attending to Salia:
"What do you think Trigiel? is that the crystal we are looking for and can Salia just take it?"
"Salia! I like crystal chameleons too! If Trigiel says you can take it, take the crystal, not the lights!"

"Salia! I like crystal chameleons too! If Trigiel says you can take it, take the crystal, not the lights!"
"Salia, if the Master showed us a blue crystal and told us to look for more like it, and we found here a translucent crystal which appears to be in the correct place but is the wrong colour. What tells us this?" Trigiel asked Salia. Mainly to keep her busy with not yet grabbing the crystal, partially because the cyborg knight is interested if she could show some unexpected light on the situation.
Trigiel had a theory: the crystal is linked to the lights or vice versa. Just grabbing the crystal would lead to a failure on way or another. Of course there is the chance that he is over-thinking the situation. But then again: worst case: he is overthinking, they spend a little more time here but finish the mission anyway. Best case there is something like a puzzle with the crystal and the drill and they have to think about the situation first.
"A moment, I am looking at it now." He said to Jaicen.
While Salia undoubtedly started one of her rambles, Trigiel analysed the crystal to see if it had some link with the drill or the two blinking lights.
((Check: 19 = 7 Force Level + 6 Vision + 4 Mechanical Engineer + 2 Force Vision -- Analysing if the crystal is linked to the drill or the lights.))

Salia - PC
Salia pondered Trigiel's question for a moment, studying the crystal and mirroring his motions, as if that would somehow give new insights. After pondering for almost a second and a half, Salia suddenly inhaled sharply, as if she had suddenly been hit by a realization. Giving a stern look, she raised a finger into the air
"The most logical explanation which makes sense is simple: a rival Jedi Master stole the actual crystal and replaced it with a chameleon crystal intended to imitate the actual macguffin in an excessively elaborate effort to make our mission fail as part of a narcissistic scheme to lower the grades of Master Qun Treen's students, thereby improving the unofficial internal standing of the rival Jedi Master by comparison and securing for said rival a better spot within in the Gallery of Jedi Masters, now intended for Master Qun Treen's portrait, a devious plot that failed only due to hidden but inherent defects in the chameleon crystal, which has now been revealed by our investigation!"
Salia looked at Trigiel and TG-100 really proudly and super excitedly, as if she had made an amazing discovery worthy of praise and perhaps even pats on the head.

((OOC: @Trigiel: At the start of this mission you used Force Vision 1... Are you accidentally cheating by using a higher score than you started the mission with? I'll calculate it at a +1 for now. Check approved.))
While Salia relays her explanation of the situation the lights simply continue to alternate.
Trigiel determines that the crystal has no relation with the drill or the blinking, except being taped between the blinking lights with a piece of plastic tape. It isn't even a very special crystal, it is a simple translucent crystal, and any "colour" it has is simply the light from one of the coloured lights shining through.

((OOC: Oh yes, apparantly somewhere along the mission I spend some xp. It should indeed be force vision 1))
"Salia," Trigiel said to Salia, "I am actually impressed by your potential for grasping political situations, but for this case I believe it is a little less complicated and the blue crystal we are looking for is in fact translucent and not blue."
With that, Trigiel grabs the Crystal when the light is blue. If nothing serious happens, he jumps down, using his force jump ((OOC: level 2)) for a safe landing.

Trigiel safely lands on the floor. As expected, away from the blinking lights, the crystal is a translucent dull grey.
If this is the crystal they were looking for, there's only one more place to visit!

"A, you have the crystal, great. TG-100 was kind of useless up there though." Says Jaicen while he orders TG-100 through the force to come back down from the drilling platform.
"One more place to visit, do you remember which one Salia?"

Salia - PC
"We have to go see the quartermaster!" Salia bounced happily, climbing down from the giant drill and starting to cartwheel in the direction of the quartermasters office without waiting for the other two Jedi "she's nice, and she has really, really, really pink hair and one time she let me touch it because I wanted to know what pink felt like, but it mostly felt like hair, which I think may be because it was actually hair that was pink, though it does raise the question what pink actually feels like, though some people say her hair is more purplish in colour, and I suppose an argument might be made for magenta or fuchsia, but I think the real question is if she is a quarter master because she only scored 25% on her master test or if she should really be called a one and a quarter master and she's therefore actually a little bit more of a master than all of the other masters. What do you think?"
"Allright, thanks for the help." Jaicen nodded towards the workplace jedi, "Good luck with the satellite. Let's go!" Jaicen and TG-100 walked out of the workplace hoping Salia or Trigiel would lead him to the quartermaster

Quartermaster Nishra (mask of Storyteller (Brend)) - Storyteller
Walking through the hallways of the Jedi temple, the trio soon arrived at quartermaster Nishra's "office". She was sitting on a round chair without backrest, reading a holopad with a very, very long list of items on it. All around the room, on neatly arranged shelves were items of different sizes, colours and shapes. It was not exactly clear what the purpose of many of these were. Several doors led deeper into storage rooms, and a few seemed locked.
"Oh hey, there you are Salia.", she puts down the datapad, and looks up at the group. "I was wondering when you would come by. How's the search going? And who is your hovering friend?"

Salia - PC
"Hi Quartermaster Nishra!" Salia happily greeted the Jedi Master "This is Jaicen, he did have a lightsaber accident, but it didn't cause any trees to fall on top of him, but he doesn't want to talk about it, so you shouldn't press him for the story, even if you are really curious, but his droid can pretend to be a dog or a cat, and I think probably other pets as well, though likely not a fish, because they are totally different and where would you find an electric aquarium anyway?" she explained
"Do you have any blue crystals around, though they can also be transparent if there is a blue light behind them, except you can't take the colour with you separately, because if you took the colour blue, then nothing else could be blue anymore because you have the blueness all for yourself and its better to share such things. Can we have some guango's? We might need it for the mission. Or just for eating, which is almost as good."

"greetings master," Trigiel greeted with a bow, "we are showing padawan Jaicen Hedoss around the temple."
"Padawan, this is Quartermaster Nishra. She is in charge of supplying us with what we require."
"Padawan, this is Quartermaster Nishra. She is in charge of supplying us with what we require."
"Nice to meet you master Nishra, as Trigiel said, I am Jaicen and just arrived on the academy after a few years of absence. Yes, this is my droid and he helps me in any way. He is called TG-100." Meanwhile Jaicen travels over to Nishra to shake her hand.
"As Salia said, we are looking for hidden crystals, but first, could you tell me more about your position?"

Quartermaster Nishra (mask of Storyteller (Brend)) - Storyteller
Quartermaster Nishra shakes Jaicens hand with a very firm grip.
"Interesting hand gesture. No idea from what culture it hails...", she replied a smile as she let go of his hand.
"I am currently standing in front of my favourite chair in the Jedi Temple, in Unity City, on Unity, near the Bozzy Spine in sector 10 -6.", she replied with utter seriousness.
"I don't have any hidden crystals. But I can take a look to see if I have any blue crystals around."
She walks into the storage room and looks back. "Knight Trigiel, Salia, why don't you take this time to explain to padawan Jaicen Hedoss how to properly greet a jedi master, he seems to have forgotten this... And while you are at it, try to find out why he thinks the Temple is an Academy. Next thing we know, we suddenly have boring class schedules, and Salia and I both know that that's no fun!"
She closes the door behind her, leaving the three Jedi standing in front of a closed door to the storage areas.

Trigiel turned to Jaicen, speaking with a, somewhat exaggerated, serious voice: "Jaicen, you are terribly bad mannered, you should know better. Quatermaster Nishra is, as said, a Jedi Master. So you should greet her with the proper respect. This means acknowledging she is your superior and making a bow.
End of boring academy lesson."

"Yes Great Sir Wise Master Trigiel, thank you for the lesson. But I am afraid I can not bow." Jaicen replied with a faint smile. "I will let TG-100 bow for me next time."

Salia - PC
"If we don't get any guango's because you were rude, it'll be your fault!" Salia told Jaicen, though fortunately it seemed as if that wasn't as serious of an accusation as it might seem to be.
"Can we help to look, Master?" Salia asked of the quartermaster, genuinely wanting to help out, but secretly also hoping to get a chance to let her curiosity explore the storage area and hopefully touch all sorts of things that she wouldn't normally be allowed to touch.

Just before she closes the doors, she replies to Salia: "Sorry Salia, now is not a good time to help look."
Half a minute later, she came back out again, carrying a massive blue crystal under one arm and holding three guango's.
"Here", she said as she handed the crystal to TG-100, "You carry this. And you", she handed the guango's to Salia, "make sure that there's no guango juice on the ceiling this time."
With that, she quickly picked up the enormous list, and went back inside.

"I think we are almost done then? Since we have been everywhere I assume. We have not been to a training facility for lightsabers, aren't we supposed to go there as well?"
Meanwhile Jaicen looks at the Guano's, since he has no idea what these guano's are.
