"Greeting, miss Ysismir Wubble, thank you for seeing us and helping with this case. My name is Jedi Knight T'sal."

T'sal makes a bow.

"I think this will suffice for the moment. When we need something we will let you know."

T'sal follows the others to the conference room and takes her datapad. She takes a look at the datacrystals.

Ysimir pressed a quick dial button on the communicator on her desk, "Grietha, could you please send that guy you know who, Rupert, to conference room 5 please? Thank you."

She then gestured at the Jedi: "Follow me please."

She took the took the Jedi to a mediocre sized conference room on the same floor in the next hallway suitable for about 15 people, with some computers and a holotable large enough to display all the data the jedi would want to see at the same time. "This room is assigned to you, Rupert should be here any moment. I will let you alone for now and let you do your job. If there is anything, you know where to find me."

As Ajava read through the labels, she saw that the datacrystals contained data from the districts the convoy travelled through. There were extra crystals from the district where the convoy was assaulted. One crystal labelled with 'before incident' and one with 'after incident'.
The Jedi looked at the computer and the room. It appeared that they required a username and password. Luckily, at the same time a bright young human entered the room like his job was depending on it, with him a datapad: "Hi,"*puff* "I am Rupert, senior IT" *puff puff* "here. They told me to assist you. Let me say that it is an" *puff* "honour to work with the Jedi." It seemed that he could not make enough bows to show how honoured he is. "I have your account information here and everything you have to know." He puffed while handing over the datapad.

Settled and ready to work, the two Jedi worked with reading through the data, with Rupert assisting them on what part is what and pointing them to the interesting areas.

After long and careful analysis, T'Sal found out what happened. She was able to run a simulation on the holotable where she replaced her reverse-engineered code she found at the location with the base code the Station provided.

The convoy travelled as planned. When entering the district, a Red Lepo Artsa get in line behind the convoy. The Lepo follows the convoy all the way to the tunnel. In the tunnel... *simulation error, start back-up code B-).* The Ognid car in the convoy is split in two identical Ognids, named Ognid-a and Ognid-1. Ognid-a follows its following its normal route like nothing is happening, Ognid-1 is moved into the sidetrack just as happened with the real Ognid car.

With the codes and history registers available, T'Sal was finally able to get a grip on the code: The Red Lepo Artsa was the activator of the hidden program. When the Lepo was in the tunnel, the UTRACAS system would replace a car at a distance of 75 meter in front of the Lepo with the virtual car and place the original in the side track in the tunnel.

So the next part was to find more about the Red Lepo Artsa.

Luckily, that wasn't so hard either. In the UTRACAS logs it was very clear which car it was and to whom it belongs. The car is property of Otto's Rental Hover Cars, Best Cars For Best Prices. The Jedi could call him. A quick phone call to the owner and a quick convince that working along with the jedi was in his best interest would reveal that a certain T. Voidhound had rented the car for two weeks around that time.

"Thalen Voidhound. Well, that makes life simple. We are now looking for a notorious smuggler as well.", Ajava states.

"Maybe we should report this to master Monifa?"

[T'Sal]

T'sal greets Rupert "I am Jedi Knight T'sal, nice to meet you." and then they get to work.

After some time she had analyzed the situation she was able to make a simulation what happened. With this information they found the car of the attackers and the person to whom it belonged.

"I agree, let's report this."

T'sal thanks Rupert for his help and she takes her stuff ready to leave to the Jedi temple to report their finding.

Ajava drove back to the Jedi Temple in silence.

[Jedi Master Monifa]

At the temple, Master Monifa was sitting in one of the top mediation chambers, looking over Unity city and the stars in the sky.

Ajava bows to the master, and waits for T'Sal to report her findings first.

T'sal bows to Master Monifa.

"Master Monifa, we have investigated the crime location made some further inquiries. We have investigated the UTRACAS system on the location and the central system. With this I was able to determined what had happened with the convoy and found out the criminals car. Thalen Voidhound had rented the car, he is a notorious smuggler. Miss Shebi Ajava went to building near the crime scene and acquired video footage there. Maybe we can recognize someone on it. I also looked at the safety and ventilation system and it was cheap and broken."

((OOC: Wait a minute! I strongly object to the above post.

Ajava never said anything about Carl Hok. The man is not recognizable from the footage, and Ajava only recognizes him because of earlier contact. Furthermore, even if T'Sal could somehow magically recognize Carl Hok, she has not even seen the footage he appears on -- Ajava only told T'Sal that the video was low resolution and picked up four people.

In the interest of using only IC knowledge, I humbly ask that Stuiter reviews T'Sals statements.))

"I have a copy of the video with me, master. Unfortunately, it is of very low resolution and because of the culprits wearing gas masks it seems impossible to determine their identitiy. The only thing that can be determined is their physique and the fact that one of them wore a cowboy hood, one wore a poncho, one has a very big head compared to humanoid standards and the final one is little."

"I'm afraid that whatever evidence could have been used has been left out in the cold for too long, as the expression goes."

[Jedi Master Monifa]

Monifa turned around and bowed to both Jedi knights

"Shebi Ajava, T'Sal" she greeted.

Upon hearing the name Voidhound, her expression turned a little pensive: "Voidhound you say? If I remember correctly, the Union securities has its eyes on him for a long time, but could never actually accuse him by lack of evidence. I doubt that Union security can hold him for long, but if we finally have something on him, that would be great.

Ajava, can you bring the copy to the Union security? Maybe somebody or a visual analysing droid will be able to help you recognizing the people."

After being exposed to the mixed culture on Unity for the whole duration of her training, Ajava was not in the slightest bothered by master Monifa's use of her given name any more.

"Of course, master.", she simply replied.

"I am a bit concerned that we have exhausted our leads for now. The only other aspect of the breakout would be the incident with train, but that seems well-covered by Unity security already.", Ajava voiced her opinion on the futility of the investigation with a concerned expression.

((OOC: How long did you plan this mission to be? We're running for almost 9 months already... We do have a nice breakpoint here, do we not?))

((OOC: I believe it is up to you how long you will continue to investigate. You have indeed a nice breaking point here, and I think this will be a nice point to end the mission, but if you want to follow/search more leads than that is fine by me ^^.))

"I agree with T'Sal. Unless evidence points out that Voidhound has, or plans to, interfere with the senate we ought to leave this in the capable hands of Unity Security.

I will send the video to Unity Security for analysis. You can expect a short report of our findings first thing in the morning, master."

Ajava greeted Monifa with a bow, and left to meditate.
