The deceased is a 73 year old Rodian male, identified as Bolv'ar Ngyx. Autopsy is performed by Doctor Jaes Yagner.

Examination of the patients medical history reveals a minor heart defect which was surgically corrected. Investigation of the heart revealed the defect or the surgery were performed correctly and did not relate to the subjects death.

The subjects throat and stomach revealed numerous small wounds, likely caused by an acidic reaction. Investigation of the stomach content revealed partially digested beetles. Chemical analysis additionally revealed Mercaptopurinic Hydrite in an unusually high dosage.

The Mercaptopurinic Hydrite is likely the cause of the acidic reaction in the subjects throat and stumach. The subject will have felt ill, leading to bleeding profusely from mouth and nose before death.

Cause of death is cessation of cell-function due to Mercaptopurinic Hydrite poisoning.
