As a new member, the Inter-System Charter Company is set to receive an embassy building on Unity for their use immediately, either the traditionial embassy offices in the senate buildings, or a plot of land for their own design.

Additionally, for the first ten weeks of membership (Turn 84 - 93), they will not have to pay taxes.

Finally, they shall receive the sum of 10.000 , spread out over those same 10 weeks, 1.000 being made available to them each week. This money must be spent on developing or upgrading new zones, or improving their infrastructure as per the turn 17 subsidies law.

Again, we welcome the Inter-System Charter Company into our midst and hope that all shall benefit from this cooperation!"

The holo-projection of Yotoya Ascended flickers into being, her eccentric hair accented with highlights and butterfly-shaped jewellery, the several tails of her long dress flowing over her feet and pooling on the floor. She has lifted her hands upwards, showing her open palms to those Union Senators watching the transmission. As she addresses them she continues to gesture slowly, confidently, her head lifted upwards as if she were looking at some invisible, bright future beyond the Union chambers.

"Sisters and Senators, I bring you kind greetings from the Three Circles Council and the entire Inter-System Charter Company."

Caldoss, her ruins not yet rebuilt, is a fountain of knowledge. Every day, Ascended and Steel Circle scientists recover a little more of what our precursors knew.

Yotoya Ascended looks off to the side and flashes a knowing smile.

"We also hope to be good customers of those Union members who have built up their industries, enriching the quality of life on our verdant moons by purchasing the fruits of industry. Whether your people produce electronics, vehicles, consumer goods, technologies or perhaps even weapons... the Charter Company is eager to become your customer."

Crossing her hands over her chest and arms, Yotoya Ascended appears to look directly at the audience: "As you can see, we have embraced the Union. Will the Union now embrace us in return?"
