A scientist visited the Union Senate to give a short announcement.

"We have finished our research on the Echani vessel, developing a new technology: Echani Reverse Engineering which allows us to gain proper insights into Echani technology. The research is available for free for all Union members who take into account the required security. This will also allow members to develop 'Echani Hyperspace Signature Damping' and 'Echani Sensor Echo Projectors', at their own initiative."
