"In my haste to provide proper coverage to our defences, the official ceremony to inaugurate the cabinet will be skipped. In lue of this, I will make an official announcement as to the new cabinet.

I will be taking the position of Chancellor. The ministries have been assigned as follows - Ministry of Commerce: New Communist Imperium of the Rising Suns of Deominius, Ministry of Defence: Kingdom of Meritonia, Ministry of Finance: Confederacy of Excaria, Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Veolian Commonwealth, and Ministry of Justice: Federal Republic of Bisidn.

I am sure you understand why I am busy preparing the Unions defences, so I am not going to spend a lot of time with celebrations and ceremony, but will instead continue with my duties as Chancellor.

With that, the Chancellor moved to leave again immediately.
