Ardios Eldrilith prepared the information that he needed to speak in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs weekly meeting.

"We currently have some budget left that we should spend before the next election. Currently the Union trade fleets look fine but this is the situation in peace time.
If the war starts soon we will need many of the trade fleets to deliver supplies to our war fleets over longer distances.

I have decided that it is best to spend the remaining 5000 that is left in the Foreign Affairs budget to expand the Union trade fleets.

Coordinate with Union High Command too make sure that the right trade fleets are expanded and make sure that all trade fleets are standby to be used as supply trains for the Union Military fleets.

Soon, the minister found his office abuzz with people discussing and making proposals on how to handle and expand the Union Trade Fleets - no doubt this would benefit the Union in more ways than one!
