Minister Tassar spoke calmly with a clear voice so everybody who was present could hear him with ease.

"In light of the progressing war, we are in need of decent and viable strategies. We are with many. Many cultures, many strategies and many ideas. Therefore, we of the ministry of defence will set up a Military Advisory Committee. Every Union member is allowed to sent an expert on warfare to this committee. This committee will have as purpose to analyse the war situation and to provide additional strategies and tactics for the Union military.

We acknowledge that such a committee will be slow, that is why it has an advisory role. No need to say, the advises provided will be taken seriously of course. Participation on the Committee is voluntarily basis, but always appreciated.
