"The Mandalorians are invading our properties and killing our people, and why? Because we are too slow! We are too slow in making decisions, too slow in acting, and too slow with our materialistic prowess. I will ensure that when I, Senator Lonco Morubixaba, am chosen as the new chancellor, I will make the Union faster. I will make decision making faster, I will promote trading between Union members to increase the economy and most of all, I will make the Union fleets fly faster to catch any Mandalorian within and around our borders.
If you do not want to let the Mandalorians fly into the Union, vote for me, Lonco Morubixaba as your new chancellor."
Senator Anselim of Wrarrbo and Senator Uriel of Liberal Assencia were standing next to Lonco to second his candidacy as chancellor.
((OOC: If you wish to discuss the fast strategies of Skuldda, or ask clarifications and positions on various issues, this is where to do it :)))

"Senator, how do you intend to make the Union 'faster' and how will you promote trading between Union members?"
Lady-Senator Maria Latharion asked.
"What do you intend to do about the Mandalorians?"
Lady-Senator Maria Latharion asked.
"What do you intend to do about the Mandalorians?"
"At this moment the Union is slowed down by lots of discussions and the requirement of votes for every major action. I intent to propose new laws, law changes and adjustments to make the Union more responsive to situations where fast decisions are required.
It is also my observation that the Mandalorians are coming for resources. So we don't have to win from them, we only have to make the war more expensive for them than for us and then they will see that it is pointless.
As I said, by making our fleets faster, we can catch up any Mandalorian fleet trying to enter our territory. This way, they cannot steal or conquer resources and the war will become pointless at their side."

"Senator, how do you propose to fund these improvements you plan to make?
And why do we need to make our fleets even faster when we have the advantage of the Bozzy Spine on our side? We are already capable of moving our fleets from one side of the Union to the other in only a single week. What exactly do you propose to improve?"

"Increased trade will increase the economy. When the less efficient economies are increasing their taxable income, more money will be available for improvements.
Concerning the fleets: At this moment even when a hostile fleet moved only to one sector aside our fleets, it can engage anything in that sector without interference of our fleets. We first have to make a fleet combat ready and then have to move it to the sector and then we can engage.
As the attack on the Bisidn outpost depicts, our intelligence is not sufficient to stop this situation from happening. Bozzy Spine or not, engaging a hostile fleet in a different sector still takes up too much time and there are great areas for improvement here."
