"Fellow senators,

Since the Mandalorian fleets have moved into sector 6 -5 and 6 -6 with 7 military fleets and a scanning fleet, we have to respond by changing the status of some of our military fleets to combat ready to stop them from invading.

I propose to change the status of three Union military fleets to combat ready. The required tax for this operation will come from the Contingency budget of the Ministry of Defense.

Under the authority of the Chancellor I open this vote and am allowed to close it when a majority is reached.

The three front line Union fleets that will be activated are: UDF CORPI 1, UDF CORPI 2 and UDF RIG 3.

The options for this vote are: Yes, if you are in favour of defending the Union against the Mandalorians and changing the status of the three front line Union fleets to combat-ready, or No if you do not want to change the status of these three Union fleets to combat-ready.
