Please join me in welcoming Kalidor into the ranks of the Union. They are now officially an inner world and will be participating in the Union as full members.

As a new member, Kalidor is set to receive an embassy building on Unity for their use immediately.

Additionally, for the first ten weeks of membership (Turn 11 - 20), they will not have to pay taxes.

Finally, they shall receive the sum of 10.000 , spread out over those same 10 weeks, 1.000 being made available to them each week. This money must be spent on developing or upgrading new zones.

Again, we welcome Kalidor into our midst and hope that all shall benefit from this cooperation!
