Clarification required for power-zones

As it seems,
-zones produce 100
, but since the zone costs 10
, this zone only produces a net 90
to use for other zones. This is not clear enough as-is, since the wiki page Power does not state anything of the like. Power Zone does have the reference, but only had it in the sidebar. Brend has added a small extra tidbit, but I still think the explicit refence to '90'
is needed.
Or, alternatively, make the zone 110

I'm opposed to making power zones generate 110
, as this breaks the "base production is 100" meta-rule.

I think the current clarifications are most helpful. Let's see how the power tool affects the need for any further additions to this.
