Termenpolizei required: a period of population growth

The High Fecundity racial states that it offers a 0.5% population growth per year. I assume that this is in error, and should really say 'per 10
'?
This lead me to the following: How do we call a ten-turn population growth interval?
I have been using 'decaturn' in colloquial situations, it covers the meaning of the interval well. However, we might not want to introduce another term, so we could just call it a 10-turn period...
Opinions?

I prefer the 10-turn thing over the decaturn because it is easier to grasp. Decaturn might require explanation to some, while 10-turn period is always understood.
Mind you that either suffers from the fact that turn 35-44 is also a 10 turn period. For this reason I propose that rather than saying 10-turn period or decaturn we say 'every tenth turn'.
Since "year" is wrong regardless, I took the liberty of updating the High Fecundity entry to that for now but if anyone has alternative idea's, I'm open to changing it again, so let's hear!
