The Astrian Colonial Authority and the Hiocan Society have together constructed the Hikari Outpost.
We have shared the cost of construction and have divided the upkeep and tasks
The Astrian Colonial Authority is responsible for the bookkeeping and the Hiocan provides the tradefleet.
My turn report has been Failed as I do not do the bookkeeping, but I would like to fight this decision.
We have a shared Outpost and therefor I should be able to do the trade part.

I understand the problem, and I think we need to find a good solution.

First a point of order: I believe that the points raised in the turn report check are correct in accordance with the current rules-as-written. As such, at this point in time, that is how things are and how they ought to be handled as per these current rules.

That being said, I support Brend's position that we should find a good solution that is fair for all involved. I am confident that we will be able to do just that and thereby help resolve the rules-question surrounding Hikari outpost.

To add to this, I want to mention explicitly that only recently, I myself needed some help with an unfortunate situation where I couldn't figure out a solution with regards to the current rules-as-written. In that situation, everyone generously helped me to find a solution. We can certainly do the same in this case and help out Stuiter!

We haven't had a write-a-thon in a while, and we are approaching Fwurgs 5-year anniversary. I will start a thread on this later today. That celebration might be a good place to help us find a resolution to this issue that is fair to all involved. How do people feel about this?
