I would like to cancel my current deal between the Astrian Colonial Authority and the Inter-system Charter Company.

They have become a fringe world and I would like to know if and how I can cancel my trade deal with them.

As soon as a World becomes a Fringe world, you are allowed to phase out your deals with them, and to update their bookkeeping to phase out their reciprocating deal with you.

So go ahead and edit their bookkeeping page ^_^
