If I do not enter any titles in the character builder, the wiki page is created with 'Titles*: undefined', instead of not listing any.

This bug, and various related bugs (same happened for race builder homeworld, faction builder base system, character builder age, faction, etc) have all been resolved. You need to press ctrl + F5 to refresh the builder if you recently used one of them.
