Maintenance: Updating the builders

The builders will be out of commission for a few hours while I update them to use the new data plugins.

Character Builder is fixed!
As I only updated the tools and didn't create them, I adviced everyone to wai with using them until Mercury has checked them as well.
@Mercury: I adjusted the data retrievel to use the new methods (I've deleted the old data-api files). I also updated the character wiki text template to conform to the new models. Please check, and advice on any irregularities.
