PS. Why are numbered lists broken? It seems

test
does not do what is advertised.
In the Wiki:
- The color of numbered and un-numbered lists is still #999999 instead of the base #bbbbbb.
- The background of the TOC is transparent, can this be made a solid color so we don't see header lines though the TOC?
- Table header cells (those with ^ instead of |) do not have any special styling beyond bold. Maybe the can be given a different background to make them more of a visual anchor?
- The colors of footnote popups are broken; maybe exchange them with darkgrayish colors (so we see the difference between an popup and the page.) For example see user:brend:style
In the Forum:
- When composing a private message and using the 'Find a member' link, the highlight of a member in the popup-window is unreadable due to the highlight being an almost white color (nearly the same as the text).

You need to add either a letter or a number after the = in [ list= ] to indicate a numeric or alphabetically numbered list. Like so:
- this list uses list=a
- second item
- and this one uses list=1
- second item
