I was in the process of making the page of my new Space habitat when the wiki refused to create the nice data block at the right side of the screen. I suspect this is because such a data block doesn't exist yet.

Anyone know how I can best fix this? My plan was to just put the raw materials I gain on my bookkeeping page, but I still want a nice wiki page for it. :)

You are correct, there is currently no template for space habitats. (I corrected the data entry on Abyss station page to feature space_habitat, note the underscore instead of space).

The template should go on template:space_habitat. If it's not there when I get to it later this day I'll add it myself...

I also think that things like space habitats deserve a nice wiki page, they are actually nice achievements and should be noted as such. Maybe even a paragraph or two about their recent history, construction issues, and how they actually generate the raw materials. That way they give some feeling to the universe ^_^

I finished work on the space habitat data block. I have defined the exact Space Habitat Model that tools will understand, and I have made a nice template that corresponds to the data model. The model includes the Product, as well as the Home System to which the space habitat is connected.

I have also update the Abyss Station data to contain the necessary data.

For now, the use of two trades to simulate upkeep and raw material input works. I'll see about adding special magic to the tax tool later. (For the sanity of the turn auditors, please put the input and output trade together in a single section somewhere on your bookkeeping -- we'll have to audit that transfer as part of the turn report until tooling offers support.)
