Tax Tool: VAC Ouranox and VAC Torvaya Oigen updaten

I have updated the tax tool for the two new 
corporations VAC Ouranox and VAC Torvaya Oigen according to the notes on the wiki:
VAC Ouranox product name: VAC Ouranox Construction Materials
VAC Torvaya Oigen product name: Oigen Construction Materials
If one of these product names is not as the establishing player wanted, please drop me a line.
Once more, I'd also like to take this moment to point out that corporations, like most other things on the wiki, need a 300x300 image of for corporation. Note that this image will be used as if it is a logo, so make sure that it can be used like your corporation's logo!
