Dear reader,

I would like to invite the official representative of your faction to the grand opening of the newly opened night club Purgatory. The club has a traditional veolian style, but incorporates elements from all cultures represented in the Union.

The opening shall be in two weeks (i.e. near the end of turn 75), the dress code for the opening will be semi-formal. The invitee is encouraged to bring his or her date(s). Should you not have the time to arrange such matters, the club can arrange for companionship for the evening should you desire this. RSVP by 2012-11-03, acknowledgements only.

I would also like to draw your attention to the fact that Purgatory offers all official Union member representatives a full membership to the club free of any charge. For further information, do not hesitate to contact me personally or the club's offices.

Attached were some documents with extra promotional information on the club, and things like how to arrange security details with the club's security. Among the information is a document that outlines the club's themes, probably there to act as a kind of catch-all for those unaware of veolian club traditions. From this document, it also becomes clear that half-naked dancers are to be expected in at least the lords' lounge and ladies' lounge (the document is unclear on the public area, or the gender of the dancers).
