I would like to inform you that Her Imperial Majesty the First Empress Consort of Veolia will visit Unity. She will arrive early next week, and remain for a total of three weeks.

Should you wish to discuss matters with her, I have been authorized to grant audiences to all Union member representatives wishing to speak with her. If you wish to invite Her Imperial Majesty to your embassy, please inform me of this beforehand so we can discuss security measures and such. Should other citizens of your faction wish to obtain an audience, please send a request with motivation to me.
