I have discussed the value of the technology around 55 with my economic advisor, and we think that 750 would be a fair price. It is well below half the research cost, and the technology greatly simplifies system-wide power management. However, this valuation does not take into account the wide-spread availability of the technology, or the fact that it might be better used as a political incentive.
