About the open market price clause, we can say that we do not expect the Open market prices to change so drastically in the near future. We think there are 2 options. Either we allow both parties involved in the trade to cancel the trade if the Open market buying price of changes with more then 0.35 . Or we set the deal at 12 where we will guarantee that our price will always be below the Open market buying price. This will make sure that it will not jeopardize your subsidy.

Either of the two options work for us. I hope that one of the options mentioned above suites your faction.
