[ Holonet ] To the embassy of the Socialist Republic of Niom: Need for Holonet Relays

" Honored Senator Ght'Twwf,
In the past we have had a common ground for a trade agreement based on specialized information, and it has been a very fruitful cooperation thus far. Now that our economy has grown, and we have been preparing to supply the Union with Holonet Relays of Sundarian making, we have two issues concerning trade that might be of interest for the Socialist Republic of Niom that I wish to bring to your attention.
First and foremost, The Sundarian Federation is looking for customers in need of our Holonet Relays, is the Republic of Niom interested , or perhaps able to relay us to another party ?
Secondly, the Sundarian Federation, together with the Veolian Commonwealth, the Preatorian Empire and the Unified Republic of Darya are setting up an array of Holonet Relays, spanning 8 sector along the bossy spine, with the possibly connecting every member of the Union, from Heimgol and Excaria to Komes. We are opening negotiations with several factions along this line for lease of capacity for a reasonable price. Is the Socialist Republic of Niom interested in such an agreement?

After having your offer studied carefully, the Socialist Republic of Niom has decided that it would be mutually beneficial for us to be trading for Holonet Relays with the Sundarian Federation. What goods are your people in need of that we might be able to provide in exchange for the generously offered Holonet Relays?"
The senator inquired in his usual monotonous tone.
"The plan you have to set up a Holonet Array are quite interesting as well, but after careful consideration of the facts, the Socialist Republic of Niom believes it best to resolve such matters at a Union level rather than with bilateral deals. We do support your plan in principle, but believe this should be discussed in the Senate, not at a negotiating table. We do however look forward to supporting you in this endeavour in the Senate.

Our proposal would be that we purchase 1000
from you over a period of 10 
. In exchange we would offer 3000 and 2250 , to be paid at a rate of 300 and 225 per turn starting the turn of the first delivery.
Does this seem reasonable to you?"
