We have watched the developments of Terraformation technologies and the first implementation on Tiam Luna in the Praetorian system with great interest, and we have decided that it would be beneficial for us to begin a similar project on Luag, a Large moon orbiting Cairbre.

We would like an estimate of the needed time and involved costs, should this project be done by the Veolian Commonwealth for the following (all on Luag):

1) the application of Surface Heating
2) the application of the High pressure, Toxic gasses and Volcanic climates (in that order)

Is the Veolian Commonwealth willing and able to conduct such a project for us?

You are correct in assuming that we wish to make use the technology licensing and are in agreement with the proposed projection of costs and manners of payment. The ministry of Finance will make the necessary funds available and take responsibility for a timely transfer of the required funds.
