Dear Lady-Senator Dewa Lanadi,

Some time ago, the Astrian Colonial Authority purchased the Orbital Crystals Processing technology from the Veolian Commonwealth. We had agreed that the ACA would pay a total of 2000 over the period of 317 till 326.

It seems, however, the payments have continued after 326. This was due to a clerical error by the ACA and the payments have been stopped. However this has resulted in an overpayment of 600 .

It is our suggestion this amount is subtracted from the total debt for the loan the ACA took some time back. Reducing the total repayment period to 51 .

Please contact me with whether Veolians would accept this arrangement or a possible alternative.

Dear Senator Kachiso Doshima,

We have no problem with subtracting the overpayed 600 from the currently standing debt.

I do, however, not understand how you figure that the repayment period was 51 . As my records indicate, the ACA owes the Commonwealth 23000 . At 500 per , this means an original repayment period of 46 . 45 when taking into account the agreed upon subtraction.
