[Mail] To Chancellor Dewa Lanadi: Terraformation of Erayo

Dear Chancellor Dewa Lanadi,
The Astai Republic would like to completely terraform the planet of Erayo. This means atmosphere IV-I and if possible Oceans and the addition of the Gigantic Trees climate feature.
We are currently at somewhat of a bottleneck for
production, and the terraformation of this planet will greatly increase our production of construction materials. This is also the last planet in the Kal system that can be terraformed regularly, though more on the other planets will follow in a separate message.
Do you have a timeline and costs as to when this can be done?
