As per our agreement, the ACA would like to purchase additional specialization rights for the Tejkaanta Laboratories.

We wish to purchase two specialization rights one for immediate use and one for use at a later point in time. We would like transfer and payment to occur for both in 320 and be allowed to use them in the same turn.
