A while ago I, on behalf of my family and the Sundarian Federation, requested terms for a sale of proprietary technology owned by house Iaat in order to further advance our capabilities to produce , specifically the Orbital Organics Processing technology.

The terms of such a sale have, on behalf of House Iaat, been put forward by the Chancellor and we have taken some time to consider the proposal. It is my pleasure to inform you that we have decided to accept your most gracious offer under the terms of the proposal which, for the record, have been announced as follows:

[*]The Orbital Organics Processing will be made available at a cost of 500 , given that:
[*]The Sundarian Federation does not transfer this technology to other parties,
[*]The Sundarian Federation agrees to not be part of the establishment of new corporations, nor allow them in their territory.

Furthermore we invite your House consider to increase our shared influence in the market, for which I have several proposals I would like to discuss in person. One in particular I would like to mention beforehand is a shared venture in the and/or corporate market, together with the Hiocans who have also expressed interest.

Would you do me the honor of discussing this, and other proposal in person?

We plan on transferring the necessary payment either in 313, 314 or 315, whichever has your preference. We would like to receive access to the technology once payment is complete.

As for discussing further business ventures, I would consider it honor to receive you and perhaps several other members of your house and staff on Morrigna in the Nashira Mira System. We've been hard at work with expanding our infrastructure and the terraformation of the planet is well underway.
