Given the rather short time with which the Sundarian Federation announce these plans, the Veolian Commonwealth is pressed to justify the effectively free conversion of to . Especially now that the Veolian Commonwealth needs to invest in high-tech industrial upgrades.

The Veolian Commonwealth proposes that the Sundarian Federation pays the normal commission of 4% plus an additional 6% for the sudden nature of credits conversion, making the total sum 2915 . It seems that your terraformation advisers are severely misinformed. The costs of terraformation initiation research for the requested processes is 2750 .

I have made up the difference by diverting funds that were already earmarked for other purposes, since I did not wish for the project to fail. I suggest that the Sundarian Federation pays for the actual difference in costs due to friction and rush conversion costs, coming to a total of 138 .
