Our interests with regard to the Orbital Organics Processing are different than those of our Crystals technologies. I have discussed your request with Duke Iaat Vyapar, and he would like to propose an offer that helps out both the Hiocan society and the Veolian Commonwealth:

• The Orbital Organics Processing will be made available at a cost of 500 , given that:
• The Hiocan Society does not transfer this technology to other parties,
• The Hiocan Society agrees to not be part of the establishment of new corporations, nor allow them in their territory.

In addition, he wishes me to pass along his hopes that House Iaat will be able to establish a corporation together with the Hiocan Society in the near future. Because he hopes that the Hiocan Society will be a strong partner in this endavour, he is willing to offer the technology at this low price.

I hope that this offer is acceptable to the Hiocan Society. If you wish to discuss the offer, I would like to ask Duke Iaat Vyapar to join us in the negotiations.

We accept the first two turn. The Hiocan Society understands that Duke Iaat Vyapar wants to secure the market, but we also have our own interest. We will accept the third term if we can get additional corporation licenses, as many as we want, for a reasonable price so we can continue to grown.

I apologize for the delayed reply, unfortunately, the war has to take precedence over other matters.

We are willing to guarantee additional specialisation licenses for both the Dryatech Consortium and DVF Organics at a price of 250 per license. Howeve, we must stipulate that these licenses only be used by the Hiocan society, and only in territory under full control of the Hiocan Society.

If you agree, we can start the transfer of the technology immediately in 313.
