We could pay say 0.25 per . If added investments are needed to increase production, then I am sure favourable loans can be secured. Delivery could occur to either the Astai Republic, the Praetorian Empire or both.

The Bluethread Financial Group is currently in the process of upscaling our production. It will take some time before we will have any decent amount available.

There is also the scale of your order to take into account. I can't simply sell such quantities of , at least not without the Astrian Colonial Authorities approval. I usually get approval of such things before replying to requests, however this case is a little different. As it is not just the Astai Republic but the Praetorian Empire we would be dealing with.

The ACA has indicated they have few quarrels with selling up to 600 per to the Astai. The Bluethread Group is willing to sell this amount to to the Astai for 0.27 per . We can ship this amount from 316 to the Kal System.

I'm afraid that if the Praetorians wish to purchase they will have to contact Senator Doshima, as I have been unable to get the ACA's approval for selling to them.

We understand that time is needed to scale up the production operation. If we are not also ordering for the Praetorian Empire then we shall be satisfied for quite a while with 600 at 0.27 . We are not in an immediate rush and can wait till 316, though we are also willing to take partial amounts of this 600 before you can deliver.

We shall contact the Praetorians to tell them to make a seperate purchase.
