Due to recent technological developments the Veolian Commonwealth is interested in buying 19000 , with future intentions to buy an additional 33000 . The Veolian Commonwealth is looking for a rate of 1000 per 3 or 4 .

We request quotations from able suppliers. Quotations for partial fullfilment of the request are accepted and encouraged. Our preference would be payment in . Prices, alternative compensation, and duration are all open to negotation. Up front investments to assist with the creation of industrial or infrastructural necessities can be discussed.

Note that the delivery rate is dependent upon the fullfilment rate of our request for 28500 , as the goods will be used together.

The Sundarian Federation has the means to supply the requested 19.000 , currently at a maximum rate of 300 per . Increasing our production capacity beyond this maximum is possible, but would however require significant investments.

As payment we are willing to accept an exchange for , at a rate of 1 : 1. Alternatively we would be willing to discuss a price in , but I believe that, at least for this first order, an exchange of goods would be most beneficial for both parties.

As discussed easrlier, the Veolian Commonwealth is interested in buying 250 per for at least the coming 76 . We are willing to offer an equal exchange of in return. Looking at the magnitude of this agreement, I suggest that we discuss the continued deliveries after the initial 19000 at a later moment.

We would like to start the trade this (303), but will have to delay our initial delivery for 1 to allow the terraformation of Ah'rak to complete on schedule. We will propose a schedule of increased deliveries after the completion of the project on Ah'rak such that the Sundarian Federation will recover from this temporary delay.

Dear Chancellor,

Given the now increased rate at which the project on Morrigna will be completed, we would like to discuss a delivery schedule that matches our plans for the follow up. We would like to continue the terraformation of Morrigna and work towards an atmosphere 1 and Oceans immediately after the Biogenesis project finishes.

For that project we would like to discuss the manner of payment for the research fee of 2650 . We plan on paying this sum in next 2 to so that it coincides with the completion of the Biogenesis project. Does that create problems for the Commonwealth?
