Dear Senator Dewa Lanadi,
The Terraformation of Ah'rak will be completed and we will be able to incorporate our production.
Starting in 306 we can deliver 200 , in 310 we can deliver the full 500 and further production increase can be build if necessary.
In return we are interested in
as the Teprogrenaian concensus will stop production. Furthermore we hope that the war will end soon as we are still interested in 
and had to build temporary facility as the Adii Nasla system is blocked. The Hiocan Society is also willing to trade for 0.26 per .

We are willing accept your offer of 0.25 per , and would like to buy the full 500 per . We would like to start this trade in 304. We propose a 15 agreement after which the trade continues on indefinitely and can be cancelled by either party with a cancellation notice 5 in advance.
Are these terms acceptable to the Astai Republic?
