Our analists have informed me however that the Praetorian Empire is currently restricted by means of an agreement with the Veolian Commonwealth in making this technology avialable to us directly.

To resolve this problem I would like to make use of the Genealogical Archives Proliferation Treaty that exists between the Veolian Commonwealth and the Sundarian Federation to request access to the Praetorian Genetic Lineage Analysis technology. We would to pay the 250 , or if prefered, this turn.

Under the Genealogical Archives Proliferation Treaty the Sundarian Federation has the right to request a transfer of any species analysis technology available in the analysis library of the Veolian Commonwealth. The Praetorian Empire is bound under those same terms, and as such will receive 125 of the 250 price.

We will transfer the technology in 303, and expect payment of 125 to the Veolian Commonwealth and 125 to the Praetorian Empire in that same turn.
