" The reason for this transmission concerns the founding new Colonies, should Union Members choose to do so. As we understand it, Colonization is a time consuming and costly endeavor, and it's not always such a success as hoped beforehand. Chancellor Acehtoo has referred me to you for more information on this matter, as it is her understanding that you would be able to offer me a better understanding in the current standings of the current processes and technologies available in the process of colonization.

To this end I would like to inquire as to the current processes and technologies available to Union Members in order to facilitate the finding and colonization of a suitable planet in a new system. With this information I believe that our combined Scientific efforts, as shown by the result of the Mirda Genetics Summit, may just provide us a new view and possibility new technologies in the fields of Colonization and Galactic Survey and Scanning Techniques.

Would it be possible to gain access to this information so that we may better prepare ourselves in order to organize yet another successful summit, and secondly are the people of Excaria willing to join us in this effort ?

"The first step before any colonization effort can be undertaken is to find the appropriate spot. The galaxy is a very large place and a colony needs to have many needs met before a specific location should be chosen, or it will be doomed from the start.

We shall gladly share our knowledge with you, though most of our knowledge is specific to our species and may not accurately reflect the needs of your world. Regardless, I will have my people prepare a package with what we know.

We will gladly participate in the summit and share our knowledge - we could even invite some colonists to give their first hand experience?"

While we understand that the used technologies and processes, as well as the needs met by a colony vary per species, it should be sufficient to give us some insight in the current technology available and provide us with a starting point from which further research can follow.

We welcome the contribution of the people of Excaria at this new summit, in which the first hand knowledge and experience from some of your colonists and researchers might prove invaluable. I therefore gladly invite them to attend and contribute to the summit.

Meanwhile preparation for the Summit are in the early stages, and your people will receive a formal invitation to partake at the appropriate time. "
