I write to inform you of our plans to start a series of Terraformation projects on Morrigna, starting with Natural Life for which we would like to start the Initiation Research as soon as possible.

Given that this will probably be the first of a series it could be wise to consider a more permanent posting of Veolian experts, for which i'm happy to provide suitable residence and offices.
