Dear fellow ministers and chancellor,

Though we are all busy dealing with the current situation regarding the Silver Forests of Remunzia and the Slave Rebellion, there is a matter I wish to bring to your attention.

Somehow the Slave Rebellion has managed to get multiple military fleets into the Union without our knowledge. I would very much like to hear from the Minister of Defence, Ardios Eldrilith, how this happened under his watch. I very much doubt the Slave Rebellion has Echani stealth technology, so if we know how they managed to avoid detection we can take measures to prevent this from happening in the future.

Dear members of the cabinet,

An actual presence of military fleets has not been confirmed by any credible source yet. We can still explain the situation as a peaceful faction bluffing about a military presence in their sector since they are clueless what actual fear is...

However if the Remunzians have actually gone mad and allowed multiple Slave Rebellion fleets in their sector we do have a serious issue. This would mean a serious breach of our intelligence network. In this case the most likely scenario is that they have traveled around the east border of the Union and entered through Free Confederacy territory! If this is actually true we have much bigger problems since our relation with the Free Confederacy is much closer to home.

The ministry of defence has dispatched a scouting group to determine the facts in 12 -3.
