Dear Chancellor Dewa Lanadi,

The Astai Republic is looking to undertake two seperate purchases of terraformation modules At some point we would like to have the 3 zone moon of Erayo, above Enthor, terraformed to obtain atmosphere 1 as well as introduce some of the Gigantic Trees climate from Enthor, in addition to a nice water-based ocean. This is a perfectly suitable world, in orbit around Enthor but so far we have not had the means to make it as much a paradise as the homeworld has become (with great thanks to the Veolian Commonwealth).

Furthermore we would like to increase our continual purchase of terraformation, currently at 217 / to a new level of 434 / , to match our increased production of superstructure components and speed up the gentrification of the Kal System, as well as expand the VAC corporations. What would be the cost of these purchases?

Lastly I have a small inquiry that could be of use for another time. What would be the cost of adding oceans to the homeworld of Enthor itself?

The Veolian Commonwealth has available starting 273. I suggest to first increase the continual flow from 217 per to the new level of 434 per (at the already agreed-upon price of 6.0 / this brings the Astai to payments of 2604 per ).

While this trade is ongoing, we will send terraformation engineers to Erayo to investigate the fastest possible method to perform the terraformation project you suggest. Our current records indicate that Erayo is devoid of any atmosphere, and as such it would be the perfect candidate for our newly developed process of bioterraformation.

If you prefer we first investigate the possibilities for Erayo, we can of course accomodate that course of action as well.

An increase in the steady terraformation flow in 273 would suit us quite well. We will increase the payments accordingly.

We shall wait results for the Erayo investigation, it does not have much priority but we are interested.
