The Veolian Commonwealth is interested in increasing these amounts with +300 , +300 and +300 . In return, we can increase our and deliveries by at least +50 each, maybe more. We can not match the increase due to the relative deficit of , and propose to compensate the rest with at the normal price point of 0.35 per product.

Dear Chancellor,

We are more then happy that the Commonwealth sees fit to increase their intake of goods and we are more than happy to provide them. Though with regards to the increased amount of research, I should make a small provision. While we are currently in the process of expanding our production capacities in that regard, we are dependant upon the availability of raw materials from both the Praetorian Empire and IO protocol. Even though I suspect this will not be an issue, I cannot yet guarantee that we will be able increase our deliveries to you with the full amount as of 270, without affecting our own economy to severely.

Once I have been able to contact the Praetorian's and the IO protocol, i'll update you on the developments.

With regards to the proposed additional compensation:
We accept any increase in traded goods the Commonwealth is able to provide, however we do currently prefer over . The remainder of goods can be matched at the going rate of 0.35 , which has been our agreed upon rate.

Dear lady Neomi de Savony,

I understand that such an increase is not instantaneous, and have no problem with a gradual increase. I look forward to hearing about the possible growth profiles.

We are currently working on increasing our output and on the acquisition of DVF Organics to round out our specialisation demands. This in turn will increase our and production. Once we know what growth we can expect from the Sundarian side, we will try to find ways to increase our deliveries.

This still leaves us to find a new period of trade. My records indicated that we have been renegotiating these trades periodically, and I think this is a good idea. However, there are some stipulations about guaranteed prices that seem unfairly put in the favour of the Commonwealth. Might I suggest that we instead switch to an indefinite period with mutual reviews of the traded volumes every 20 , and the possibility for one-sided cancellation if notice is given 15 in advance?

I write to inform you of some good news. After preliminairy contact with a representative from the Praetorian Empire it seems that we can provide the increased amount of goods you request without much problems. We are also able to expand our production capabilities a little ahead of schedule.

It is good to hear that the Sundarian Federation is capable of delivering the complete increase so soon. We expect an increase in when our organics produce industry catches up with the increases in production on Mirda. However, at this moment most of our direct funds are tied up in ongoing business arrangements.

Please do inform me when the first increased shipment will arrive, so I that can personally check the transfer of funds to make sure everything is done in a timely fashion.

Have you formed an opinion about the option of changing the renegotiation cycles to an indefininte period of trade?

Given the fact that this arrangement has been in place for quite some time we feel we can commit to your proposal for an indefinite period with mutual reviews of the traded volume, if we can come to terms about a minimum amount of goods traded. This guarantees the Commonwealth a fair price, and gives us a little added security with regards to our intake of raw materials.

The following changes have been agreed upon:

The Sundarian Federation will increase their delivers with +300 , +300 and +300 . In return, the Veolian Commonwealth will increase their and deliveries by at least +50 each, the rest to be compensated with at the normal price point of 0.35 per product.

I'm pleased that the Commonwealth has been willing to guarantee a minimal amount and I am therefore happy to agree to the changes in our arrangement.

With regards to the shipping of the requested increase, we will increase our shipped amounts by 200 , 200 and 200 immediately. The final increase for a further 100 goods each is expected to be delivered from 274.
