Normally we of the Teprogrenaian Consensus would gladly discuss the options for trade. However, in our current economical situation we believe that we cannot set up a beneficial deal since all our go into 9 or 12 sets in our own economy.

You are correct in the assumption that we are not able to pay .78 per weapon, nor are we willing to. It is also not our intend to damage the Teprogrenaian economy, we simply wish to state our interest in an increased supply of weapons in order for others to take this demand into account when planning their economic growth.
