((OOC: Clarification: The IO Protocol doesn't understand the proposal's continuous duration due to their limited comprehension of time and the way normal people experience it. So instead they are offering for the Hiocan Society to hook up to IOnet (which requires they be allowed to build holonet relays in your sector)

IOnet is a network which guarantees that you can buy any amount of information up to the capacity of your link (so up to 1000), because the IO protocol ensures there is holonet capacity to deliver information to you, as well as information available for you to purchase. Note that you don't -have- to buy it, we just guarantee that you -can- if and when you want to. So this fits perfectly with your plan to buy 500 information.

One important note to make is that the price of information on IOnet can vary over time, meaning prices can rise or fall by small amounts. At the current time, the price of information is quite high, so you can count on the price dropping further in the future. For your simple case, where you just want 500 information at a certain price, IOnet is the best option. To make things easier on you, I can do all the bookkeeping paperwork for you - that means, unless you want to buy a different amount of information, you don't have to do anything, including making trades on the wiki.
