IO Protocol - Faction
((OOC: The IO Protocol is going to be able to deliver the information you need at the listed price or lower - I just need a little more time to write up a reply as the IO Protocol is a bit confused about how time works, and I want to roleplay them properly. Regardless, for your own reference you may count on getting the proposed information at the proposed price under the condition that the IO Protocol is allowed to build a few holonet relays in your sector to be able to deliver everything. I expect to post on this in more detail either this evening or tomorrow.))

((OOC: Clarification: The IO Protocol doesn't understand the proposal's continuous duration due to their limited comprehension of time and the way normal people experience it. So instead they are offering for the Hiocan Society to hook up to IOnet (which requires they be allowed to build holonet relays in your sector)
IOnet is a network which guarantees that you can buy any amount of information up to the capacity of your link (so up to 1000), because the IO protocol ensures there is holonet capacity to deliver information to you, as well as information available for you to purchase. Note that you don't -have- to buy it, we just guarantee that you -can- if and when you want to. So this fits perfectly with your plan to buy 500 information.
One important note to make is that the price of information on IOnet can vary over time, meaning prices can rise or fall by small amounts. At the current time, the price of information is quite high, so you can count on the price dropping further in the future. For details on price fluctuations (they are set up not to change too much too fast), please see here: IOnet.
For your simple case, where you just want 500 information at a certain price, IOnet is the best option. To make things easier on you, I can do all the bookkeeping paperwork for you - that means, unless you want to buy a different amount of information, you don't have to do anything, including making trades on the wiki. I will notify you of any changes I make so you can object if you feel it is not correct.
Would this work for you? Of course if you have any questions or don't want to use this system, please let me know, I'm certain we can find a different solution.))

((OOC: The current price of information is 0.144
/ information, which is the price in your original offer. I will start delivery of information as per your original proposal, i.e. starting next turn with 170))-

((OOC: You can ignore this message, it is simply a status notification that doesn't affect anything. The IO Protocol has started delivering as per this agreement. That may mean your turn report needs to be updated))
