Dear senator Harek,

I would like to bring to your attention the fact that the Hiocan Society is currently not fulfilling their end of two agreements between our worlds, both with regard to the conversion of . I am referring to the following two agreements:

• The first agreement, as detailed in our communication [Mail] To Duches Dewa Landi: Credit tax deal, is an agreement for the conversion of 1500 to 1500 ,
• The second agreement is our agreement to convert 500 to 500 , originally agreed upon in To Duchess Dewa Lanadi: Selling Kelwaraan Credits <private>. This agreement was suspended by mutual agreement in and slated for continuation in 249.

In 249, the Veolian Commonwealth received only 1000 of the expected 2000 from the Hiocan Society. The Veolian Commonwealth, expecting the Hiocan Society to transfer the full sum, have transfer 2000 to the Hiocan Society in good faith. In effect, due to your breach of contract, the Veolian Commonwealth has loaned you 1000 , as we have transferred 1000 more than we received .

Unless we, (a) receive an apology and an explanation for this breach of contract, (b) receive the missing sum of 1000 you failed to transfer in 249 and (c) receive the the full agreed-upon amount of 2000 in 250, we will suspend all conversion of for the Hiocan Society.

Dear Duchess Dewa Lanadi,

The Kelwareen Credit for our first agreement have just been paid in the last second as the amount have been corrected during the final check-up.
The payment of the second agreement seems to have been forgotten under the deal for the adjusted Terraformation payment.

I apologize for the inconvenience, it seems that our accounting department has trouble keeping up to our increasing income.
It seems they thought that as the payment of the Terraformation project was done and the deal was finished.
We shall send the missing 500 to you in 250 and the agreed 2000 .
